May 13 – Fly to Iquitos. Reception. Orientation at the airport and transfer by boat down the Amazon River to the Explorama Lodge for a 3day/2night program, with all meals and daily activities included. Afternoon hike through the rainforest. Night walk to enjoy the sounds of the jungle. Dinner. (B,L,D)

May 14 – Morning walk to the Botanical Gardens for the diversity of plant and animals that live in the Amazon. Afternoon canoe trip along the Amazon in search of the freshwater dolphin and a chance for a swim. (B,L,D)

May 15 – Morning walk to visit the local "river people" village before return to Iquitos. Board flight to Lima connecting with the return flight to U.S. (B)
