Q: What can you say about a rafting trip that serves
steak and lobster tail?
A: "YUM!"
With South Bay River Rafting its just par for the coursethe dinner course, that is. Here's what you can expect from SBRRs full-time culinary staff. Oh, did we forget to mention that meals are all-you-can-eat?
Breakfast
After a restful nights sleep along river's edge, you'll awaken to the aroma of farm fresh eggs, pancakes, bacon or sausage, potatoes au gratin and freshly brewed coffee. Complemented of course, by fruit, juices and cereals.
Lunch
After building up a hearty appetite on the river, you'll consume mass quantities of build-your-own fresh deli sandwiches, with all the fixins.
The second day its a cheeseburger (not to mention turkey and chicken burger) bonanza, with hot dogs, chips and homemade guacamole. For those souls strong enough to resist such temptations, vegetarian menus are available with advance notice.
Dinner
Start off with a chilled shrimp salad, then dig in to a big, juicy steak or chicken breast, with lobster. Add a baked potato and a cold keg, and you may not have room for the dessert of cake and ice cream. But you'll manage somehow, we're quite confident.
(Vegetarian menus are available with advance notice.)
